		<description>Hi Weston, my only advice would be don&#039;t get too fancy as the players aren&#039;t capable of carrying out intricate instructions.

Also, look to the youth team and reserves teams for players who can do a job. They don&#039;t need to be superstars, just capable of carrying out one or two key instructions</description>

		<description>i have just started a save with parma in the serie b which i suppose barely counts as a lower league game. it sure is interesting down here! i will try to bring them back up as they have done in real life, any advice? the whole money thing has changed and i dont really know what to do because i am used to larger numbers.</description>
